Belgorod Hydromechanical Plant Limited Liability Company (BGMZ LLC) is a young, developing, high–tech Russian manufacturer of screw pumps for various industries, as well as the production of installations based on screw pumping units.

The company was founded more than ten years ago by a team of specialists with many years of experience in the field of design, manufacture, supply and maintenance of pumping equipment. Our extensive experience and knowledge allowed us to implement a project to develop and organize the production of single-screw pumping units and create a domestic pump brand “SP”.

Today we have a full-fledged production complex in Belgorod, Belgorod region, which carries out the following activities:

• manufacture of screw pumping units;
• work on the modernization of pumping equipment used in your production;
• consulting and technical support for clients and partners of our company;
• replacement and disposal of old pumping equipment of imported and domestic production;
• a program for the import substitution of pumping equipment for Russian-made pumps.

Our company produces more than 1,000 screw pumping units per year.

We are constantly striving to improve our knowledge and experience: we monitor global trends and developments, attend and participate in exhibitions and seminars, and the company’s specialists are constantly engaged in scientific activities in order to optimize the design and performance of screw pumps.

Throughout our history, we have implemented many successful projects, many of which are unique and the only possible ones when working with heterogeneous, viscous and especially viscous media, media with and without solid inclusions.

Due to the development of the sales market in the territory of the Russian Federation, our company strives to cooperate with foreign companies to enter the international market. We are ready to offer equipment that is competitive compared to well-known global manufacturers, but on a more profitable basis.

BGMZ LLC has its own warehouse and the constant availability of screw pairs, mechanical seals and other necessary spare parts for pumps. The terms of manufacture, delivery and price of the SP series screw pumps and their spare parts are negotiated individually and depend on the technical task assigned to us.
Screw pumps of our production are widely used in the oil and gas, mining, metallurgical, food, chemical, environmental, pulp and paper and cosmetic industries.
