Exploration and production
The drilling process is inextricably linked to the cooling of the drilling head and the cleaning of wells. BGMZ screw pumps are an indispensable link in this process due to their ability to pump drilling fluids containing mechanical components: clay, sand, bentonite and polymers. The high wear resistance of the working bodies allows significant savings on spare parts.
Transportation and pumping
Pumps of the SP-H (horizontal) and SP-V (vertical) series are used for pumping crude oil from storage facilities to tank trucks, railway tanks and ships. The equipment effectively works with media with a viscosity of up to 5 million MPa·s, a mechanical impurity content of up to 60% and a temperature of up to 120 °C.

Unloading of tank trucks
Horizontal pumps of the SP-H series are used for unloading automobile and railway tanks. Due to the high self-priming capacity (up to 8 meters), emptying can be carried out without preheating the tank.
