Barrel pumps

For the needs of the oil and gas, energy, industrial and service industries, Belgorod Hydromechanical Plant offers a specialized line of SP-V series barrel screw pumps designed for pumping oils, petroleum products, lubricants and technical liquids directly from barrels, eurocubes and other containers with limited access. The depth of immersion, the drive power and the design of the pumping unit are individually selected for the specific task of the customer, which allows us to offer the optimal solution for any operating conditions.

The SP-V series barrel pumps are based on a gerotor pair and have a vertical layout that ensures compactness, ease of use and reliable operation when immersed in a container. The pump design eliminates pulsations, foaming and destruction of the structure of the pumped medium, which is especially important when working with oils and technical liquids. The flow part of the pump is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 12X18H10T, and the stator is made of oil- and gasoline-resistant elastomer xNBR, which guarantees the durability and chemical resistance of the equipment.

This series of pumps is characterized by smooth and stable supply at a relatively high speed, low noise, easy maintenance and the ability to operate in potentially explosive areas (Ex version). The mechanical mechanical seal reliably eliminates leaks, and the self-priming ability ensures easy start-up without additional devices.
