Gerotor (screw) pairs for construction equipment

Belgorod Hydromechanical Plant (BGMZ LLC) is a Russian manufacturer of gerotor (screw) pairs for plastering stations, mortar pumps and equipment for the supply of building mortars.

The company independently carries out the design and production of gerotor pairs at its own facilities, ensuring quality control at all stages of manufacturing, stability of the geometry of the working surfaces and repeatability of operational characteristics. The manufactured products are a complete replacement for imported analogues.

Design and operating principle

The gerotor pair consists of a metal rotor and an elastomeric stator in a metal housing. The rotor has the form of an external single-entry spiral, the stator is made in the form of an internal two-entry spiral made of wear-resistant elastomer. When the rotor rotates, closed working cavities are formed inside the stator, which ensure a continuous, uniform and metered supply of solution under pressure to the pressure line. The pull-up design makes it possible to compensate for natural wear and maintain operating pressure throughout the service life.

Purpose and scope of application

Gerotor vapors manufactured by BGMZ LLC are used in:

• plastering stations;
• mortar pumps;
• stations for semi-dry screed;
• equipment for self-leveling floors;
• installations for working with special building mixes.

The pairs are designed to work with the following materials:

• gypsum and cement plasters;
• cement-sand mortars;
• mixtures for screeds and self-leveling floors;
• adhesive and putty compositions;
• solutions with a filler fraction up to 10 mm (depending on the model);
• polystyrene concrete mixtures.

The gerotor pairs of BGMZ LLC are compatible with most common plastering stations and mortar pumps, including:

• PFT: G4, G5, Ritmo XL, Ritmo XL FU;
• Putzmeister: MP25 and similar;
• Kaleta: 4, 5 and similar models;
• Maltech, M-tec, Putzknecht, Uelzener;
• as well as with other equipment having similar seating dimensions.
