About the company

Limited Liability Company “Belgorod Hydromechanical Plant” (BGMZ LLC) is a young, developing, high-tech Russian enterprise — a manufacturer of screw pumps for various industries, as well as a producer of systems based on screw pump units.

The enterprise was founded more than ten years ago by a team of specialists with many years of experience in the design, manufacture, supply, and servicing of pumping equipment. Our extensive experience and knowledge enabled us to implement a project for the development and organization of production of single-screw pump units and to create the domestic pump brand “SP”.

Today we have a fully integrated production complex in the city of Belgorod, Belgorod Region, which carries out the following activities:

• manufacture of screw pump units;
• modernization of pumping equipment used at your production facility;
• consulting and technical support for clients and partners of our company;
• replacement and disposal of old pumping equipment of imported and domestic manufacture;
• import substitution program for pumping equipment with pumps of Russian manufacture.

Our enterprise produces more than 1000 screw pump units per year.

We constantly strive to improve our knowledge and experience: we monitor global trends and developments, attend and participate in exhibitions and seminars, and our specialists continuously conduct research activities aimed at optimizing the design and operational characteristics of screw pumps.

Over our history, we have implemented many successful projects, many of which are unique and the only possible solution when working with heterogeneous, viscous, and highly viscous media, with and without solid inclusions.

Due to the development of our sales market in the Russian Federation, our enterprise seeks cooperation with foreign companies to enter the international market. We are ready to offer equipment that is competitive with well-known global manufacturers, but on more favorable terms.

BGMZ LLC has its own warehouse and a permanent stock of screw pairs, mechanical seals, and other necessary spare parts for pumps. The lead times, delivery, and price for SP series screw pumps and spare parts are agreed individually and depend on the technical task set before us.

Screw pumps of our manufacture are widely used at enterprises of the oil and gas, mining, metallurgical, food, chemical, environmental, pulp and paper, and cosmetics industries.

Our highly qualified and experienced engineering and technical personnel will infallibly select the pump unit in the required configuration to solve your individual tasks.

BGMZ LLC builds sustainable relationships with its partners. Our activity is aimed at conscientiously solving Clients’ tasks. Taking into account your interests and needs, we always honor personal agreements and commitments undertaken.

Striving for open communication, the company adheres to the principle of a single team, whose activity is aimed at solving the tasks of the end consumer of pumping equipment manufactured at the BGMZ LLC enterprise.

We strive to constantly interact with end consumers of our products and to study the advantages and disadvantages during operation.

With our own production base and a modern vision of the tasks set before us, we are undoubtedly the leader of the domestic market of screw pumping equipment among other pump manufacturers in Russia. This is confirmed by our extensive client base, as well as cooperation with the largest enterprises in Russia.
